How do I cancel my monthly subscription to VIP Therapy+ Membership Suite?
If you would like to cancel your monthly subscription to the VIP Therapy+ Membership Suite you must do so via your dashboard on this website. While the Telus concierge and therapists can handle appointment cancellations, they do NOT process cancellations of your subscription to the services provided at the site. In order to manage payments and subscription cancellations, please follow the steps below:
1 Click on your profile picture/avatar at the top, right-hand corner of the screen.
2 You can make changes to your subscription status under "Active Subscriptions."
3 If you are looking to cancel your subscription, just hit the RED button in the bottom left-hand corner that reads "Cancel" and follow the next prompt to confirm your cancellation by selecting the next RED button that reads "Cancel Subscription". If you hit "Cancel" by accident, you have the opportunity to select the GREEN button that reads "Keep Subscription" at that time. When you cancel, you have access until your current subscription month ends.
